I need a woman’s help with a romantic card?
Looking for a birthday card for my girlfriend, I stumbled upon this verse;
“I love you more than I did yesterday, but less than I will tomorrow.”
This fits my feelings perfectly, but I can’t help but think it sounds somewhat negative. Whats your opinion of this verse?

Its confusing. At first it seems negative but the meaning really is positive. I think something less complicated would be a good idea.

I like it. Don’t dress the card up too cute/heart-ish tho, otherwise it will take the “deep” out of it and make it cheesy. :/
Another variation: “I love you more today than yesterday, but not as much as tomorrow.”
But that’s a song lyric, if it gives you any idea of how old that idea is.
haha to be honest, I do find that somewhat negative.
It is almost like saying…you didn’t love her as much yesterday which will probably make her feel bad…
I HIGHLY suggest you find a quote that is more positive such as :
“I love you not because of who you are,
but because of who I am when I am with you.”
I would even suggest you to find a quote that is even longer than that. Something that shows more depth in how you feel. In reading a card, a woman (my personal opinion) would feel more loved if her boyfriend found a quote that was longer with deeper meaning..
